“ **A culinary gem in the heart of Trujillo: El Rincón de la Reina** Located in a privileged enclave in the historic city of Trujillo, Cáceres, "El Rincón de la Reina" is a must-visit for lovers of good food. This cozy establishment not only seduces with its unbeatable location but also captivates with the quality of its homemade dishes. Particularly noteworthy is its **homemade salmorejo**, an authentic Andalusian delight, creamy and perfectly balanced, transporting you directly to the most authentic flavors. The **roasted potatoes with bacon** are another highlight; tender on the inside, crispy on the outside, and with a touch of bacon that makes them irresistible. The restaurant's warm atmosphere and attentive service make the experience complete. Without a doubt, "El Rincón de la Reina" is a place worth visiting to enjoy traditional cuisine with a special touch in a city as emblematic as Trujillo. Totally recommended! ”

“ Incredible, charming restaurant next to Trujillo Square. The location is beautiful, and the food is quality, featuring traditional yet updated recipes. We were amazed by the friendliness and promptness of the staff, as well as the food. We couldn't fault any of the dishes. We ate beyond our means because it was impossible not to try everything we saw coming out for other tables. It was a good idea to include real photos on the menu. 100% recommended and 100% we'll be back! ”

“ Albondigas muy ricas. Delicious pistachio encrusted meatballs, soooo goooood. And the patatas asadas. Excellent service too. Highly recommended. ”

“ A wonderful spot near Trujillo's Plaza Mayor. It boasts top-notch preserves, a good wine cellar, and some of the best dishes we tried on this trip, such as the perfectly grilled Iberian pork secreto, which we enjoyed with glasses of Habla el Silencio. The chickpeas with chorizo, morcilla, snout, and ear was another of our choices, and while the chickpeas were flavorful and creamy, the broth should have been thicker, prepared the day before, which it wasn't. This had improved the dish considerably. The Pascualete cake, an intense and creamy cheese from Trujillo, served with toasted bread for spreading, rounded off an overall remarkable meal. For dessert, a brioche torrija was the perfect ending to a place where attentive service is a hallmark. ”

“ We came here for lunch today based on the reviews we'd seen, and we sincerely believe it was a good choice and that we weren't wrong. The gift was the beef meatball, a surprise for all the senses. The rest wasn't a surprise; it was good but as expected. The service was quite good and friendly. It's true that I might recommend lowering the staff's voice a little when they have a table occupied, as it's a small place and helps to keep things quiet. We might return. ”

“ Everything was delicious and the service was top-notch! The waiter was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the migas, patatas bravas, and croquettes! The atmosphere is great, with good music, and you can easily have a conversation! ”
